Reviews and Ratings
Stepping into the hotel was a beautiful and spacious experience, with escort service to the check-in counter on the 38th floor and a room boasting distant views of Mount Fuji. The superb bathroom with a bath, shower, and separate toilet added to the luxurious ambiance. However, the price may not align perfectly with the value offered.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were luxuriously furnished and very comfortable, especially the fine suite we had with corner views, a beautiful bathroom, and dressing room. The service was top-notch, with proactive and friendly staff from reservation to every aspect of our stay. The hotel's location is perfect, connected to the Metro and close to a shopping complex and metro station. The dining experience was a delight, with an abundance of delicious options. The facilities were great, meeting all my needs during my visit.
Staying at this hotel made my 5 days in this busy city an absolute pleasure. The room was very clean, and I appreciated that, though it was in the opposite side of the corridor when it should have been next to each other, as I requested.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and finely finished with full-height windows offering an amazing view of the Tokyo Skytree. The service was above and beyond, from assisting with reservations to showing personal concern during our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway system and great dining options nearby. The dining experience was top quality. A truly memorable experience overall.
